We have only had our new van for a day but so far the experience has been great. We arrived only a couple hours before closing so that we could take the van to get a PPI, which they were happy to help us do. Dain was proactive in helping us check things out about the van that we would not even have thought to look at (lots of bells and whistles we are not used to). He worked with us on pricing and constantly offered to help with things as I was towing two little ones along. We felt like we got a good value for our trade in, a pretty fair value on the new van, and are happy that they will be taking care of a few minor things that need done with the van, though it is mechanically in great shape. If our experience changes during the process of them getting a couple things done with the van, I will update my review but so far we really enjoyed the experience! It was lowkey and fast. Other dealerships we have bought cars from had us waiting hours at times, like they barely had time for us. Southtown Motors treated us kindly, fairly, and promptly!
